Okay but customer service a bit problematic. I had booked the first class coaches one day before successfully but on the departure that they told full full even they don’t find my seat or my name for me. They said this is might be a mistake from BookMeBus

The service is all good but I would like to comment to Book me bus team to inform the railway service team there is no QR ticket which purchased from bookmebus app. The service is so nice but pls inform them clearly about them avoiding confusing.

Nice trip, definitely better than the bus. Arrived an hour late though.
