We loved Mey Hong buses for the comfort and $10 price, but yesterday was the third trip where the bus broke down. We arrived two hours late again, thank God it wasn't hot outside. Comfort means nothing without reliability. Time to find another company.

They had to change the bus to an sleeping bus last minute, and we thought it was even better. You travel lying down which was comfortable for us. They made 3 stops, enough to strech your legs and eat something. Good value for money.

The bus arrived Siem Reap two hours late. The driver was rude and the bus is very old plus the aircon does not work very well. Overall, i dont recommend people to travel with this company.

My schedule departure time is 13:30 but the actual departure is almost 14:00. The bus is quite old.
