Bus left without me, even though I was before time. Tried to sell me much more expensive ticket for the same place, not recommended, spent time and money to get there just to be scammed, staff couldn’t speak English, didn’t even have a bathroom.

F this company, it's absolutely fair.

Bad experience, they changed from a minivan to private taxi without informing the customer. The driver was making phone calls while driving with his three different phones. If you are a female traveling a lone like me please don't book here.

We booked a SLEEPER BUS so we can just sleep during the journey. But, we were shuttled in an old coaster bus instead. Driver and other staff were helpful though.
