a broken bus on tow and a chauffeur busy with his phone instead of driving, from Sihanoukville to Kampot. No information about schedule changes even we asked bookmebus they informed us wrong about a schedule change. Horrible ride of more then 4 hours.

Booked online about 8 months before my trip. Was a bit worried when my trip ame up would it all still be ok. Highly recommend Bookmebus to any traveller I had 3 bookings on my trip with them all of them flawless. Got my trip exactly how I ordered it.

Just missed some information on pier, need found correct person to get necessary information

The big one is much better than the small one for many reasons but we can feel more comfortable and safety. There were enough vest and the trip was smoother.

There is just one negative point - The office staff at the pier in Sihanokville wasn’t polite. He didn’t greet us and unknown the word “please”, he was rude giving the directions.

Better communication as very little was said by the crew

Booked with Vibol Express, however changed to a different company on an earlier bus. I was not advised of this even though my email and Cambodian phone number were provided. Good, that I arrived earl. Otherwise uneventful trip

Overcrowded ship, lack of life jackets.
