The company changed my seats from front to the very last row. The aircont didn't work properly which make the sweat came out all the way from HCM to PNH.

The AC is not working well. Everyone is lacking of air.

Booked 4 seats and they moved us to the last back row without informing us. Crackiing window caused the hot air coming. super hot bus ever. Driver only speaks vietnam. the staff didn’t care if it’s hot.

For a start - the wiating area in Phnom Penh was not comfortable as when our guest faced a delay for th ebus cmoing from Ho Chi Minh
