really bad service, wrong boarding point, location is not accurate, no one pick up phone, change seat.

The bus was much smaller than indicated when booking. The bags had to be stacked between the seats, and the seat allocations when booking werent even available. On the freeway, the driver was constantly looking at his phone and eating food, dangerous.

Booked online about 8 months before my trip. Was a bit worried when my trip came up would it all still be ok. Highly recommend Bookmebus to any traveller I had 3 bookings on my trip with them all of them flawless. Got my trip exactly how I ordered it

I have a negative experience with this company. When purchasing a ticket from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville, it was stated that the journey would take 3 hours, the ticket cost $15. As a result, we drove along the old road #4 travel time took 6 hours
